Seeing Yellow Spots?

 

Hint from Ninnie: Make a solution of turpentine and salt and apply to yellowed enamel bathtub or sink to brighten.  So you just bought an older home and just love that old enamel tub but it has years showing? Or maybe you are in between home ownership and are in a rental and just the thought of getting in that old dirty-looking enamel tub is disgusting to you?  Whatever your situation your enamel tub or sink is in need of some brightening and all you need is a couple items and a little elbow grease. Mix up a solution of equal parts and rub yellow/dirty spots away while wearing rubber gloves.  Remember to wear a mask and keep the area well ventilated. Photo: scottchan
