Drinking More OJ May Help You Live Longer

Did you know that drinking just two cups of orange juice a day may help lower your blood pressure and cut your risk of heart disease?

A recent study found the presence of a natural plant chemical called hesperidin – part of a class of disease-fighting compounds found in plant foods like tea, fruit, soya and cocoa.  You can read about the full study at The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
