How To Defrost Meat While Maintaining The Juices

Hint from Ninnie: In the morning wrap meat (still in container or wrapped in plastic) snugly in 4 to 5 layers of newspaper and by evening meat is thawed and still chilled instead of room temperature and messy.  You can also do this the night before cooking the next day.
